Electrical Service for the PC Series
Theoretical course with practical components on a real machine
Target audience: Maintenance and service personnel
Duration: 5 days (Monday 8:30 a.m. to Friday 2:30 p.m.)
Prerequisites
In-depth knowledge of SIMODRIVE/SINAMICS as well as the ASi-Bus and Profibus systems. PLC knowledge and programming according to IEC 61131.
Learning Objectives
Independent and systematic troubleshooting. Understanding of hardware and software. Replacement of electrical components.

- Basic PC
- Concept and structure of the control system
- Menu structure, menu flow, and operation of the SICS interface
- Circuit diagrams/hardware
- Bus systems
- Beckhoff hydraulic boxes with diagnostic software
- Software architecture, configuration, and software tools
- Diagnostics (Scope, Scope function)
