At the heart of NUMROTO is the NUMROTOplus programming system. With NUMROTOplus, an enormous variety of tools can be manufactured and re-sharpened. Every detail of the individual tools can be modified and thus adapted to specific requirements. 

NUMROTOplus is constantly being expanded to include new workpiece geometries and features, making it a future-oriented investment.

The complete NUMROTO solution includes not only the NUMROTOplus software but also all the components needed to implement this intelligence on the tool. The 2D workpiece simulation allows for a quick assessment of the programmed workpiece. In the 3D simulation, the grinding process can also be observed. 

All relevant machine components can be displayed; collision detection is available as an option. Comprehensive and precise probing cycles are offered for both the tool and the grinding wheel. The Job-Control option controls fully automatic operation with all available automation systems.

The programmed workpieces can be documented in the form of a workshop-ready drawing using the NUMROTO Draw add-on function.
