Electrical Service for the G Series
Theoretical course with practical content on a real machine
Target audience: Maintenance and service personnel
Duration: 5 days (Monday 8:30 a.m. to Friday 2:30 p.m.)
Prerequisites
Prerequisites for participation in this course include in-depth knowledge of SINUMERIK solutionline, Step7, SIMODRIVE/SINAMICS, as well as the ASi-Bus and Profibus systems. Additionally, course participants must have previously attended a Sinumerik 840D Solution line training course at Siemens. The course is designed for qualified electricians.

- Menu structure, menu flow, and operation of the SICS interface
- Circuit diagrams/hardware
- Bus systems
- Software architecture, configuration, and software tools
- Diagnostics (Scope, Scope function)
