Is industiral clerk the right training for me?

If you are more interested in the commercial than the technical aspects of a company and you like to be organised and have a wide range of interests, then the industrial clerk apprenticeship may be just right for you.

As an industrial clerk, you will work in all departments of our company, such as materials management, sales and marketing, human resources, finance and accounting. During your training, you will learn how our products are sold, how marketing works, what makes for good customer service, how material requirements are determined and planned, how purchasing is handled, how costs run through accounting and are controlled, how an order is processed from receipt to writing the final invoice, which key figures and statistics measure the company's success, how work preparation, including personnel deployment, is planned and implemented, which certificates are important in quality control, and which warehousing systems are in place. Sometimes industrial clerks also negotiate with banks, advertising experts, representatives or wholesalers and retailers.

At the end of your training, you will have a good overview of the processes at Schütte and can use what you have learned to decide what suits you best and where you would like to continue your professional career in the future.
